Okay, I'm falling off the wagon....I worked out last Thursday and yesterday...but I missed all the days in between including tonight!! What happened?? Too tired by the time I got home & made dinner, just didn't feel like it, winter blues....I can give all the excuses. I even thought about going to Michelle's class tonight, but that's all it ended up being - a thought...winter blues stopped me from that one! Anyhow...tomorrow is another day and I will get my workout in tomorrow. Tonight is going to be jammie & afghan on the couch night and that's all right!!! I'll catch up on my magazine and do some mind exercises!
Anyone else fall off the workout regiment lately?

"Don't Stop Starting!"
I like that!
I have been exercising but the food end has been terrible. I was doing well. I have lost 30 lbs since June. Mostly by cleaning up my diet. Teaching group fitness keeps me active.
I used the holidays as an excuse to let up on my clean eating and have been struggling to get back on track with my food. I am starting over though!
I know how I should eat I just have to do it! I will do it!!!
I have been doing great on my exercising - mixing up swimming, walking, snowshoeing and our Drums Alive class, but I have only lost a couple of pounds. I'm not pigging out either! Let's hope it's just more muscle weighing more than fat!
Great job ladies!!! Mixing it up is a great - that's what our crosstraining classes are all about. Our bodies will adapt to our workouts in sometimes as little as 6 weeks! Remember - it's always calories in versus calories out, and muscle does weight more than fat! Using a body composition test is good to check up on that! Keep at it ladies - results will come with determination, motivation, & commitment!
I'm glad to hear that other people are feeling the same as I am. Is it the weather. I think in the winter our bodies feel the need to stock up on comfort foods!
Anyone for some nice hot stew in a bread bowl???? YUM! But I guess I'll stick to a few more cups of hot green tea.....
