Well, I did it! I survived my first training. I am feeling a little fatigue now, but I also feel energized if that makes any sense!! LOL! We did speed training today. Sports conditioning warm up, run/walk, stretch, and finished with push ups, bicycles, and tricep dips! OH YEAH! Julie is working me hard, but not so I hard that I feel discouraged. I have to do this workout two more times this week, along with some other crosstraining! I'm getting some more great ideas for my summer hiking class. (NO whining you know who you are! LOL!)
It feels AWESOME to be back at it! Let's see how I feel this time tomorrow! Hee! Hee!
