WOO-HOO for WEEK 3!

I did it! 4 mile rulk today! I also am doing some of what I call my EXTREME abs for the SMOB workout! Oh yeah...you know it's working when you sneeze or laugh and you can FEEL IT!! LOL! So today I did a 90 second run, 60 second walk. It was supposed to be 90/90, but I just didn't feel like doing it that way. Not really, it's because my feeble mind can calculate it better at 90/60 than 90/90. So I'm thinking I actually worked a little harder! Don't tell Julie, but I might be starting to like this.....OMG, did I ACTUALLY write that? VERY interesting...and, big news, GUESS WHAT? No shin pain AT ALL today! OH YEAH! OH YEAH! YOU GO GIRL! YOU GO GIRL! (You have to be doing the "stir it up" dance when you read that!) Can you tell my endorphins are still kicked in?? Now we all know when I get some REAL distance in I might have to take back that I might be liking this..we'll just have to wait and see...

That's my news for this week so far. Got a workout coming up Saturday and Sunday too!!! I'm hoping some of my other "peeps" will join us!! Call or e-mail me if you want details!
