The good news is the doc didn't see any "fractures" but is also having a radiologist read the x-rays. I will be doing P.T. 3x week for 4 weeks, so that should help. The morning hours are when it annoys me the most that makes me think it's more of a muscle/tendon issue. So I am going to work on my attitude,and on my eating habits a little harder. (The doc made me get on the scale...) I never understood why you get weighed every time..for things like an ankle issue..hmmmmm.
So that's the update. I'm going to try to find some other things to blog about too. I'm thinking that writing about my PT would be even more boring than writing about my training experiences! LOL! So if you have a topic you are interested in let me know...that is if anyone is reading this! LOL!
Any new advice from anyone regarding diet? I think I've probably heard it all, but what works for you?
